StudentStore Enhanced Warranty for Acer, Lenovo and Samsung Laptops
As a student or staff member purchasing an Acer, Lenovo or Samsung laptop under The National Desktop and Notebook Agreement (NDNA) from StudentStore you benefit from a significantly enhanced warranty service over and above what available elsewhere.
Your StudentStore NDNA laptop is supplied with a three year UK collect, repair and return warranty service. This means that in the event of a warranty issue, you don't have to worry about shipping or courier charges. Simply log your warranty call with our helpdesk (details below) and we will arrange everything for you. Your laptop will be collected, repaired under warranty and returned to you within seven working days. We can even return it to a different address to the one it was collected from. This warranty enhancement is in addition to the one year international warranty cover provided by the manufacturer.
The extended warranty is automatically registered on your behalf by us within 12 months of the date purchased. Acer, Lenovo and Samsung update their warranty information retrospectively so it is normal for their warranty records to initially show your laptop with only the first year covered until we advise them. This will be updated before the end of the first year. StudentStore hold your warranty records on file and will be able to validate your extended warranty at any time.
StudentStore is a trading division of Getech who are an Authorised Service Provider for Acer, Lenovo and Samsung and are able to carry out warranty repairs as well as any other work that is not covered by a warranty.
