Delivery

Courier delivery
All notebook deliveries are made via our courier UK Mail. Sometimes due to unforeseen circumstances an order is not delivered on the specified day. If you do not receive your notebook on the delivery date specified please let us know and we will chase the delivery with our courier on your behalf.

For deliveries up to 20 kilos.

Orders placed before 4pm	Will be delivered on
Saturday, Sunday or Monday	Thursday
Tuesday	Friday
Wednesday	Tuesday
Thursday	Tuesday
Friday	Wednesday

You will have to be at the delivery address between 08.00 & 18.00 on the delivery day stated above (unless you have selected an AM Delivery). If this is not possible you must contact us on (01473) 240470 immediately so we can make other arrangements for you. If you are out when the courier attempts to delivery they will leave a card and you will need to call to make further arrangements.

In the event of Bank Holidays, please contact us regarding changes to the schedule.

If we are unable to fulfil your delivery we will contact you to make you aware.

Delivery Options

Please note that we offer types of delivery detailed below, you will need to specify this when ordering:

Standard (UK Mainland) 8.00-18.00	Tuesday to Friday £10.00 + VAT
Standard (N Ireland) 8.00-18.00	Tuesday to Friday £30.00 + VAT
AM Delivery (UK Mainland) 8.00-12.00	Tuesday to Friday £20.00 + VAT
Saturday Delivery (UK Mainland) 8.00-18.00	£30.00 + VAT
